Job summary

Moseley is hiring a full-time IT Systems Support Analyst in Baltimore, MD to serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance and to support internal team members with hardware, software, and network issues. The role involves system upgrades, maintenance, and process improvement initiatives, with a focus on delivering reliable IT services and training users to adopt new technologies.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Ability to patiently train new users and troubleshoot connectivity, system errors, and application issues.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, SQL, understanding of network, server, and data management concepts.
• Familiarity with industry programs, such as Autodesk BIM products, Unanet, and Newforma are preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support and deploy new hardware to end users to support lease lifecyles
• Create and maintain detailed business and technical requirements documentation
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and other stakeholders to understand their technology needs and requirements
• Provide user training and support to ensure effective adoption of new business systems, fostering a culture of technological proficiency within the organization
• Participate in the planning and execution of technology projects and initiatives
• Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions, identifying areas for improvement
• Develop, improve, and modernize legacy technology solutions
• Additional responsibilities as assigned
