Moseley in Fairfax, VA is seeking a full-time IT Systems Support Analyst to be the first point of contact for technical assistance for internal teams, addressing hardware and software issues. You’ll support upgrades, maintenance, and process improvements while working in a hybrid environment.

The role requires 3–8 years of experience across hardware, software, and networking, proficiency with Microsoft Office and SQL, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

We are hiring in Fairfax for a full-time IT Systems Support Analyst. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance needed to support internal team members addressing both hardware and software issues. The IT team also assists with system upgrades, maintenance, and process improvement initiatives.

What’s needed:

3-8 years of experience installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, and network systems. Ability to patiently train new users and troubleshoot connectivity, system errors, and application issues. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, SQL, understanding of network, server, and data management concepts. Familiarity with industry programs, such as Autodesk BIM products, Unanet, and Newforma are preferred, but not required.

Compensation: $72,000-$82,000. Annual salary is commensurate with education & experience.
