Job summary

Moseley in Fairfax, VA is seeking a full-time IT Systems Support Analyst to be the first point of contact for technical assistance for internal teams, addressing hardware and software issues. You’ll support upgrades, maintenance, and process improvements while working in a hybrid environment.

The role requires 3–8 years of experience across hardware, software, and networking, proficiency with Microsoft Office and SQL, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology with three years’ experience or equivalent.
• Three years’ experience in IT systems support and hardware/software maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support and deploy new hardware to end users to support lease lifecycles.
• Create and maintain detailed business and technical requirements documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and other stakeholders to understand their technology needs and requirements.
• Provide user training and support to ensure effective adoption of new business systems, fostering a culture of technological proficiency within the organization.
• Participate in the planning and execution of technology projects and initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions, identifying areas for improvement.
• Develop, improve, and modernize legacy technology solutions.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.
