Responsibilities

• Assists with daily administration of a server environment.
• Monitors system performance and tests to diagnose issues and deploy solutions.
• Installs upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment.
• Point of contact for server, hardware, and software support.
• Troubleshoots and repairs enterprise end user systems and devices.
• Builds and configures PC/server hardware and software.
• Maintains detailed troubleshooting logs.
• Supports vendor for Microsoft, Dell, Apple issues.
• Assists with internal IT policy creation and updates.
• Responsible for identity and access management (Active Directory, AzureAD).
• Assists in disaster recovery testing and operations.
• Participates in team meetings and proposes efficient solutions.
• Understands business requirements to support projects and implementations.
• Creates documentation and workflows.
• Identifies weaknesses and researches opportunities.
• Manages multiple tasks and communicates progress regularly.
• Keeps current with IT standards and emerging technologies.
