Job summary

Polymer Concepts Technologies PBY, Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide end-user support and systems administration across North America.

The role maintains desktop, server, network, and cloud environments while coordinating with MSPs and vendors to ensure reliable IT operations, business continuity, and workflow efficiency. The candidate will support distributed teams, travel between sites as needed, and help with on-premises to cloud migrations under leadership guidance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive IT support or systems administration experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Windows desktop and server environments.
• Working knowledge of network fundamentals including DHCP, DNS, routing, firewalls, and VLAN configuration.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and business applications.
• Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets in accordance with service expectations and priorities.
• Maintain and support Windows desktop environments (Windows 7–11).
• Support Windows Server environments (Server 2012–2022), including Active Directory and Group Policy administration.
• Assist with on-premises to cloud migrations and tenant-to-tenant transitions.
