Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field preferred.
• Relevant IT certifications (ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals) are a plus.
• Experience supporting ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for business applications and technology solutions.
• Manage user security, permissions, and access rights.
• Respond to incidents and service requests via the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot technical issues from simple to complex; document activities.
• Collaborate with IT team and stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and system integrations.
