The role involves on-site or remote assistance, excellent end-user training, and collaboration with clients at various work sites.

Qualifications

• Two years of desktop support experience or equivalent schooling.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office in a business environment.
• Basic understanding of wired/wireless networking and server topology.
• Willingness to travel regionally, including overnight stays.
• Strong focus on end-user client satisfaction and communication.

Responsibilities
