Qualifications

Two years of information technology experience including one year in applications development or maintenance, network operation or maintenance, web site development or web site design, or other IT support/administration services.

Responsibilities

Provides user support for hardware, software, and applications across Township departments.
Analyzes current systems and data to design improved IT solutions and streamline processes.
Assists with network, server, and security monitoring to maintain performance and reliability.
Configures user accounts, permissions, and security settings for staff.
Supports and troubleshoots local area networks, peripherals, and printing systems.
Assists in planning and implementing IT projects and migrations in coordination with staff and vendors.
Maintains backups and disaster recovery procedures for data integrity.
Performs other IT duties as assigned.
