Job summary

Developmental Pathways is seeking a Systems Specialist I to deliver high-quality IT support for end users and devices. You will troubleshoot issues, enforce IT standards, and contribute to a knowledge base in a hybrid Colorado office setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent, with strong experience in Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android environments and Microsoft 365 administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Windows, Mac, iOS and Android device management tools.
• Microsoft 365 and endpoint administration certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support and service desk assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
• Configure and maintain workstation images and software installations.
• Support hybrid work environment and on-site Colorado office requirements.
