Job summary

DataLab USA in Westminster, CO seeks an IT Support professional to maintain Windows laptops/desktops, servers, and VOIP systems. You will troubleshoot apps, conduct remote sessions, deploy software, and manage IT assets with strong teamwork and customer service.

Hybrid work, on-site first, with after-hours on-call. Minimum 1–3 years in IT support; familiarity with AD, Intune, cloud (Azure/AWS), and scripting (PowerShell/Python) is valued.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT support, desktop management, or systems administration.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to work independently or in a team.
• Proficiency in Windows 11/Server, Office 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).
• Familiarity with Linux, macOS, virtualization, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Security-focused mindset; CompTIA Security+ is a plus or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Support Windows laptops/desktops, servers, and VOIP systems.
• Troubleshoot applications and OS; provide technical user support.
• Conduct remote sessions and deploy/patch software and systems.
• Monitor systems and networks; manage IT assets and tickets.
• Document procedures and communicate with team and end users.
• Participate in after-hours on-call; research and resolve problems.
