Job summary

Turn2Partners is seeking an IT Systems Analyst to join its internal IT team. This hands-on role supports end users, manages endpoint devices, and administers Microsoft 365 technologies to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding for employees.

Working with IT leadership, you will be a key technical resource for resolving escalated issues, managing device lifecycles, and improving IT processes through documentation and automation in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or desktop engineering.
• Experience supporting Windows-based enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Experience with user onboarding, offboarding, and access management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
