Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience
• 3+ years in systems support or similar role
• Experience with Windows, AD, and cloud services
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Deploy and configure computers, devices, and software
• Manage user accounts and access controls (AD, Azure AD)
• Assist with administration and maintenance of IT systems, servers, and networks
• Monitor system performance and report issues affecting availability and reliability
• Implement and maintain security measures including antivirus and patch management
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
• Manage and maintain email systems, file storage, and collaboration tools
• Assist with system configurations and vendor coordination for dictation/transcription and security systems
• Support IT projects, upgrades, hardware deployments, and migrations
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT hardware, software, and assigned equipment
• Provide onsite technical assistance and elevate complex issues to IT Manager
