Qualifications

Responsibilities

• System Maintenance & Security: Manage and secure servers, workstations, and network infrastructure.
• Database & Application Management: Develop, manage, and secure linked databases including SQL scripting.
• Hardware/Software Support: Evaluate, install, and troubleshoot hardware, peripherals, and software.
• Technical Support & Training: Provide troubleshooting and training to users on OS, apps, and mobile devices.
• Development & Integration: Design custom applications and interface with university systems.
• Planning & Strategy: Research emerging technologies, upgrades, and data management procedures.
