Job summary

Davis Technology Management is seeking an Enterprise Site Support Analyst to join IT Operations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and data network problems for individual users, install and maintain PC/LAN systems, and provide training and assistance across the organization.

The role involves moving, adding, and changing hardware, supporting remote users, and upholding IT standards in a fast-paced environment with supervision as needed.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of IT support experience in a LAN/WAN environment.
• Experience supporting Windows desktops and laptops in a networked environment.
• Knowledge of Office 365, OneDrive, SharePoint and cloud apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues for local users.
• Install, repair and maintain PC/LAN systems; complete logs and reports.
• Deliver training and technical assistance on hardware and software.
• Resolve moves, adds, and changes; support remote users under pressure.
• Maintain IT standards and policies while working with other IT groups.
