Qualifications

• IT minimum 2 years experience in computer operations, help desk, telecommunications, and/or PC/LAN/Cloud & Windows Active Directory support is required.
• Associate college or computer institute degree is required; Bachelor's degree in technology field desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of various cloud-based environments.
• Resolve daily technical hardware and software problems for bank staff and track tickets via IT Ticketing.
• Assist with installation, configuration and maintenance of Core-Banking Systems, Windows Server, and PCs at end users.
• Perform daily IT checklists to ensure systems and security posture are as expected.
• Prepare and setup new PCs/laptops and install software for end user workstations.
• Monitor security across PCs, networks, cloud, and applications; review advisories from CISA.
