Job summary

Citizens State Bank in Hudson, WI seeks an IT Specialist I to ensure reliable technology infrastructure and systems. You will join a team focused on delivering exceptional service to customers and supporting local communities.

The role requires strong technical abilities, solid communication skills, and a willingness to work outside regular hours for project needs. Travel to bank offices may be required, with a drive-ready license and vehicle provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in computer operations, help desk, or PC/LAN/Cloud support.
• Associate degree or comparable IT training required; bachelor’s degree desirable.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Valid Class D driver’s license and own vehicle for day travel.
• Willing to work additional hours including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of cloud-based environments.
• Assist staff with daily hardware/software issue resolution; track tickets in IT Ticketing system.
• Assist installation and maintenance of software packages and OS on multiple platforms (Core-Banking Systems, Windows Server, PCs).
• Perform daily IT checklists; verify systems and security posture.
• Prepare and set up new PCs/laptops at end-user workstations and related hardware tasks.
• Assist in administration and monitoring of PC, network, telecommunications, cloud and application system security; review CISA advisories.
• Assist with new employee setup and termination access removals.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, configurations, licenses, installations, and inventories.
