Job summary

Northgate Resorts is seeking an IT Specialist to support daily technology needs across locations, troubleshoot hardware and software, and coordinate with third-party vendors. The role serves as a point of contact for IT concerns and reports to the Director of Human Resources.

You will manage user logins, licenses, and IT assets while maintaining documentation and supporting end-users both on-site and remotely as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience as an IT professional.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Asana preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Administer user logins and licenses (emails, reservation software).
• Manage Office 365, Dropbox, and Adobe licenses.
