PMI Entertainment Group is seeking an IT Systems Specialist to troubleshoot issues, support end users, and develop SOPs for enterprise systems. You will facilitate effective communication between staff and system vendors, while aligning IT with event operations needs.

Qualifications

• Requires associate degree in computer science or related field.
• Two to four years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Proven ability to write procedures and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots system issues and provides technical support to users.
• Develops operating procedures and SOPs for systems and processes.
• Assists with evaluating and implementing system upgrades and enhancements.
• Maintains system security and user profiles across software stacks.
• Supports retail and F&B point of sale systems and related hardware.
