Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer technology or related field and 3 years related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and Active Directory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to interact with guests and resolve issues diplomatically.

Responsibilities

• Creates framework for property user profile interfaces as they relate to systems.
• Analyzes hardware, software, and system specs to determine business needs.
• Installs, repairs, and maintains PC equipment and related systems.
• Responds to service tickets and meets SLAs.
• Manages phone systems and user access.
• Coordinates with vendors and leadership for enhancements.
