Winter Park Resort is seeking a senior IT Systems Administrator to lead design, deployment, and ongoing support of our IT infrastructure across servers, cloud services, identity systems, POS platforms, and mobile devices.

You will balance day-to-day operations with strategic tech initiatives, participate in enterprise projects, and ensure service excellence while adhering to ITIL processes and security standards. This is an on-site, full-time position in Winter Park, CO.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Information Systems or Computer Science preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years installing, maintaining & supporting computer systems; 3+ years in systems/network administration.
• Licenses: Colorado Driver’s License required.
• Technical: Windows, AD, Group Policy, Entra ID, Microsoft 365; virtualization; networking; storage; cloud; POS & SOX knowledge.

• Administer, maintain, monitor, and support IT infrastructure components.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation; participate in evaluations and upgrades.
• Collaborate with IT leadership and vendors; maintain documentation and standards.
• Support a 24/7 resort operation and on-call rotations.
• Follow ITIL-based service management and security requirements.
