Job summary

Saracen Casino Resort is seeking an Applications Support Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot critical business applications for our casino operations. You will handle user access, security administration, and incident management while coordinating with vendors and IT teams to ensure reliable performance.

You will document systems, participate in upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery testing, and provide strong customer service to internal users across departments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Sciences or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year related experience in a similar role or training; gaming/hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Proficient in business applications; strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports all essential business applications.
• Processes work requests and trouble tickets for application security and access.
• Creates and updates documentation for systems and equipment.
• Researches enhancements and coordinates upgrade plans.
• Ensures hardware and software are maintained per security requirements.
