Job summary

DGS Office of External Affairs is seeking a Systems Project Analyst to support operational and system efficiency for IT systems used by the Florida Department of Health, including the Medical Use Registry and Seed-to-Sale data system.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing compliant information systems, conducting user acceptance testing, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing end-user technical assistance to maintain data security and reliable service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of professional experience in creating requirement documents and conducting UAT scripts.
• Experience implementing customization and updates to information technology systems
• Knowledge of API technology and Postman
• Experience monitoring data security in information technology systems and providing end-user technical assistance

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and system support for IT systems including the Medical Use Registry and Seed-to-Sale data system.
• Design, implement, and manage compliance information systems.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure secure and efficient operation of department IT systems.
