Qualifications

• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Knowledge of API technology and Postman.
• Ability to analyze data and create documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and system support for IT systems requirements.
• Ensure data sets and audits are available for DOH staff.
• Assist with design, planning and change management of data systems.
• Participate in status meetings with stakeholders, vendors, and end users.
• Document and notify stakeholders of bugs and track resolution.
• Perform user acceptance testing for data systems and licensure info systems.
• Deliver analytical reports, requirement documents, and UAT scripts as needed.
• Provide end-user technical assistance to support operations.
• Develop guidelines and training for technical support and coordinate discrepancies.
• Ensure data security in line with DOH policies.
