Qualifications

This Systems Project Analyst position in the Florida Department of Health provides operational and system support for information technology systems, including the Medical Use Registry and Seed-to-Sale data system. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing compliance information systems; conducting user acceptance testing; coordinating with internal and external stakeholders; and providing end-user technical assistance to ensure secure and efficient operation of department IT systems.

Key qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of professional experience in creating requirement documents and conducting UAT scripts
• Experience implementing customization and updates to information technology systems
• Proficiency with SQL, QLIK, or Crystal Reporting for data analysis and query languages
• Knowledge of API technology and Postman
• Experience monitoring data security in information technology systems and providing end-user technical assistance
• Valid Driver's License and completion of background investigation and fingerprinting required
