Qualifications
- Minimum - Two years of professional experience in software quality assurance, software testing, systems analysis, application support, business analysis, or a related IT field.
- Experience developing and executing test cases, test scenarios, or test scripts and documenting test results.
- Experience providing technical assistance or customer support to system users.
Responsibilities
- Performs quality assurance testing and analysis for FL-WiSE, EBT, reporting, and related business processes.
- Develops and executes test cases, scenarios, scripts, data, and expected results; documents evidence; verifies corrections.
- Provides front-line technical and operational support for state and local WIC users and responds to inquiries.
