Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience.
• High School Diploma.
• 3-5 years working with business applications.
• Minimum 1 year experience in computer technical support in Windows environment.
• Understanding of VLANs, Subnetting, Packet Capture, WLAN and troubleshooting.
• Windows Domain services (DNS, Active Directory, DHCP), Cisco Networks, and SQL Server knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of VMware and virtual environments.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• MCSE, CCNA or CompTIA Server+ certifications.
• Advanced systems analysis skills with networking background.
• Time management with multiple priorities and minimal supervision.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Documentation of processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with departments on equipment and technical resource allocation.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hardware or software issues, and install updates or applications.
• Manage technical issues and account provisioning through Helpdesk ticketing system in accordance to JSOX requirements.
• Maintain the computer network, servers, and perform routine system backups.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customers’ complaints, inquiries and requests for information and coordinate the appropriate follow up activities.
