You will lead preventive maintenance, document root cause analyses, and uphold strict safety protocols on a high-volume production line.

The role requires hands-on expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems, with experience in CMMS and PLC diagnostics.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on industrial maintenance in high-volume manufacturing.
• Informal leadership experience as go-to tech or shift lead.
• Strong ability to read electrical schematics and diagnose systems.

Responsibilities

• Shift coordination: direct daily work assignments for shift technicians.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems.
• Mentor junior technicians on automation, safety standards, and troubleshooting.
• PM execution: complete preventive maintenance tasks and track in CMMS.
• Lead first-response root cause analysis with detailed handover notes.
• Safety champion: enforce LOTO, arc flash rules, and PPE requirements.
