Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, AR, seeks a Help Desk I - Information Systems to provide frontline IT support for end-users across the organization. This role covers hardware, software, and network issues with a focus on timely, customer-friendly service.

The candidate should have a basic IT background and strong communication skills, with a preference for degrees and IT certifications; healthcare experience is a plus. Regular daytime hours with rotation for on-call will apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation or equivalent preferred.
• Basic understanding of Windows, Microsoft Office, and IT hardware.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and customer service mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; work independently or on a team.
