Job summary

Eastern Companies, a general contractor in Buford, Georgia, is hiring an IT Support Technician. This in-house role will be the face of IT for over 200 users, solving Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support issues, and supporting ongoing compliance programs.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of IT support experience and solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration. Compensation includes a salary between $65,000 and $75,000, along with health insurance and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on IT support experience in a business environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable running and modifying PowerShell scripts for Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests.
• Resolve Tier 1 and handle Tier 2 IT issues independently.
• Execute new hire onboarding and offboarding procedures.
