Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting.
• Five or more years of accounting experience in a manufacturing company.
• Experience in budget control, inventory control, fixed asset control, payables, and receivables required.
• Experience/knowledge in consolidated accounting, budget planning, cash management, funding, corporate tax auditing, state and local taxes strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial statements.
• Assist with consolidation package for parent company.
• Prepare internal management documents.
• Prepare monthly financial statements.
• Assist with physical inventory counts.
• Record all Honda sales and other sales on a daily basis.
• Post payments in the system when received.
• Reconcile received payment differences.
• Work with Shipping, Sales, Purchasing, and Accounting to perform cost analysis.
• Match coil receiving tickets to HTA invoice and post.
• Maintain inter-company freight costs and record cost split with J-Group.
• Assist with the development and implementation of J-SOX.
• Track and plan cost of New Model Development.
