Apex Valley LLC, a key player in logistics and supply chain, is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Louisville, KY. This role focuses on maintaining and supporting the company’s technology infrastructure and ensuring smooth operations within a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will provide technical assistance to employees, troubleshoot issues, monitor network performance, and assist with software installation, hardware problems, and IT security.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 2+ years IT support experience.
• Proficiency in Windows and macOS required.
• Experience with networking troubleshooting tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to Apex Valley LLC employees, assisting with hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.
• Educate and train employees on the proper use of IT systems and software.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant IT policies and procedures.
