Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to join the Information Technology Services (ITS) team in Lexington, Kentucky. This 100% onsite role will provide hands-on hardware, software, and peripheral support across statewide locations.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot user issues, document resolutions, train end users, and collaborate with IT teams and vendors. On-call rotation outside business hours may be required.

• Train end users on software applications and computer equipment usage.
• Cross-train fellow support technicians and collaborate with system support teams, vendors, and operations staff.
• Participate in an on-call rotation outside regular business hours.
