Job summary

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Windows server systems, installation, maintenance, and administration.
• Comprehensive knowledge of virtualization software, deployment, maintenance, and administration.
• Thorough knowledge of storage area networks, deployment, maintenance, and administration.
• Thorough knowledge of diagnostic programs for server operating systems.
• Thorough knowledge of office terminology, procedures, and equipment.
• Substantial knowledge of department functions related to computer support services.
• Ability to configure server operating systems to enhance user productivity.
• Ability to diagnose and correct server operation and storage systems problems.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking using technical and non-technical language.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and provides technical support for server and storage systems.
