The ideal candidates will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and management of customer PC and server systems while ensuring excellent customer communication. Qualifications

• Knowledge of various computer hardware such as PCs, servers, printers, and routers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Must pass drug screening and background security check before employment.

Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, and control of PCs, servers, and peripherals.
• Manage and monitor customer WANs and LANs.
• Consult with customers for hardware and software recommendations.
• Maintain detailed reports of service calls and IT issues.
