Formación

• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, macOS).
• Proficiency in managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Solid understanding of networking protocols and network hardware.

Responsabilidades

• Handle level 1 and level 2 technical issues.
• Maintain user requests via help-desk ticketing system.
• Create and maintain user access for core IT systems.
