Job summary

Sure Power, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Systems & Infrastructure Manager to lead and strengthen the company’s technology environment as it grows. You will serve as the primary liaison with the MSP and own IT administration, infrastructure, cybersecurity, support, and business systems.

The role will drive the Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migration, including planning, security, data management, and user adoption, while building internal capabilities and governance for scalable growth.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT, systems administration, infrastructure management, or related field.
Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
Experience planning or executing a Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migration strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Own Sure Power’s technology environment and develop an IT roadmap supporting growth, security and operational efficiency.
Establish consistent IT standards, processes, documentation and governance.
Advise leadership on technology risks, investments and priorities.
Manage the MSP, software providers, consultants, licensing and technology budgets.
Identify opportunities to improve internal IT capabilities and reduce reliance on outsourced support.
