MOTER Technologies, Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Manager to own and improve internal IT systems, Microsoft 365, and helpdesk workflows.

This hands-on leadership role drives security enhancements across multiple SaaS platforms and cloud services while coordinating with MSPs and engineering on AWS security and architecture. The role reports to the IT Systems Director and requires strong project management, IAM, and automation skills to maintain secure, scalable operations in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/CS/Cybersecurity or equivalent.
• 5+ years IT systems admin, operations, or security infrastructure experience.
• 2+ years managing IT/security/SaaS projects with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
• Experience with Freshservice ITSM and MSP/vendor onboarding.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud security concepts and IAM.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration and improvement of Microsoft 365 services.
• Plan and manage IT and security projects from requirements to launch.
• Hands-on work for identity, endpoint, email, and SaaS access.
• Manage user lifecycle across ADP, Microsoft 365, Freshservice, AWS.
• Build automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, APIs.
• Onboard and administer new SaaS apps and vendors (SSO/SCIM).
• Collaborate with Engineering on cloud security and IAM.
• Coordinate MSPs, vendors, and service providers.
