Job summary

Courser seeks a Systems Engineer III for Microsoft Cloud & Infrastructure to deliver senior technical guidance across MS 365, Windows Server, identity, and cloud platforms. You will mentor junior engineers, craft remediation plans, and drive improvements in reliability and security for MSP clients.

The role emphasizes ownership of networking and telecom sits with a separate role; travel to client sites is possible as needed. Strong MS expertise and client-facing skills required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in systems engineering, IT infrastructure, or MSP environments.
• Advanced experience with Windows Server environments and identity management.
• Strong AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services knowledge.
• Extensive Microsoft 365 administration experience and Entra ID mastery.
• Experience with Azure-based workloads and cloud services; familiarity with RDS/AVD.
• Experience implementing MFA and Conditional Access; security-minded.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, cloud services, and identity platforms.
• Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis on servers, cloud services, authentication systems, and client environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and support staff; provide remediation guidance and technical leadership.
• Create customer-ready summaries, recommendations, and remediation plans; support service reviews and escalations.
• Design scalable infrastructure, cloud, and identity solutions aligned with client requirements.
