Job summary

Agital is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to lead day-to-day administration of cloud apps like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace and to act as a second/third level support escalation point. The role involves coordinating migrations, improving IT service delivery, and managing cybersecurity controls to keep the company secure.

You will work with a growing IT team in a 100% cloud-based organization, partnering with the Director of IT and various stakeholders, including MSPs, to drive

Qualifications

• BS/BA in IT, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT administration or end-user support.
• Hands-on configuration and administration of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (PowerShell or GAM).
• Experience managing cloud/SaaS apps for productivity (Adobe, Atlassian tools, ClickUp, Monday.com, Slack, Zoom).
• Experience implementing technical controls for hardware, cloud services, email, and identity management (Azure/Entra ID, SSO, SCIM, Google Identity).
• Knowledge of IT service management concepts (ITIL).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity controls for information security.
• Certifications in Microsoft/Azure, Google, ITIL, or CompTIA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer day-to-day IT systems and cloud apps including M365 and Google Workspace.
• Identity management and core business apps (Hubspot, Salesforce, Netsuite) as needed.
• Cloud infrastructure tasks such as email routing, DNS, and domain management.
• Execute IT and cybersecurity projects including cloud migrations and new controls.
• Support frontline service delivery and act as escalation point for IT issues.
• Define processes and SOPs to ensure efficient IT operations and great employee experience.
• Track and manage IT hardware and software assets and vendor contracts.
