Job summary

Agital Holdings, LLC is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to lead cloud-based IT operations. You will manage Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and related SaaS apps, while serving as Level 2/3 support for core services.

The role includes migrations, vendor management, and cybersecurity governance. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT administration, strong communication and change-management skills, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in IT, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years in IT administration or end-user support.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace including administration.
• Experience managing cloud/SaaS apps for productivity (Adobe, Atlassian tools, ClickUp, Monday.com, Slack, Zoom).
• Certifications (Microsoft, Azure, Google, ITIL, CompTIA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a growing IT team in a 100% cloud-based organization.
• Perform major migrations and consolidations (M365, Google Workspace).
• Support L1/L2 front-line team and provide escalation support.
• Develop IT service delivery standards and SOPs.
• Manage IT vendor contracts and licenses for right-sizing and budgeting.
• Oversee cybersecurity controls and identity management.
• Coordinate with MSP and external partners for projects.
