Job summary

Treeline seeks an experienced Principal Information System Engineer to lead IT operations and manage modern workplace technologies across departments and countries.

You will be the primary escalation point, oversee complex initiatives, and drive automation through PowerShell. Strong collaboration with MSPs and in-house teams is essential, with emphasis on security, CA policies, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Requires 8–10+ years in systems administration or IT operations.
• Experience with Windows, Mac, databases, storage, security, networking, and clouds.
• Hands-on setup and maintenance of M365, Intune, Entra ID and Okta.
• Strong troubleshooting, ownership mindset, and clear documentation.
• Biotech startup or biopharma experience is a plus; security-minded.

Responsibilities

• Serve as escalation point and provide end-user support as needed.
• Lead complex technical initiatives and advise on tooling and standards.
• Administer and optimize cloud-based technologies and identity management.
• Manage M365, Intune, Entra ID environments and CA policies.
• Develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineers and MSPs across departments and countries.
• Maintain documentation and ITSM ticket updates.
