Job summary

Agital is seeking an experienced IT leader to administer SaaS apps like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace within a 100% cloud-based organization. You will serve as a level 2/3 service desk escalation point for core IT applications and services, leading a growing IT team.

You will drive M365 and Google Workspace migrations, strengthen cybersecurity controls, support the Director, IT, and implement standards for IT delivery to enable scalable, efficient employee experiences across the company.

Qualifications

BS/BA in IT or related field required.
5+ years in IT administration or end-user support.
Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Experience with cloud/SaaS apps like Adobe, Atlassian tools, ClickUp, Monday.com, Slack, Zoom.
IT security controls and identity management knowledge.

Responsibilities

Act as hands-on technical lead for a growing IT team in a 100% cloud-based organization.
Migrate and consolidate systems including M365 and Google Workspace.
Support Director, IT and leadership to ensure service quality and scalable IT platform.
Develop standards and processes for IT and Service Delivery.
Manage partnerships, vendors, and cyber risk controls.
