Qualifications

• 3-4 years IT Support experience.
• Windows Active Directory administration.
• Microsoft Office 365.
• Windows Server.
• Enterprise desktop support of IP voice, data, printing, and security functions.
• Delivery of outstanding customer service.
• Strong problem solving/analytics skills and reasoning ability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain a complex Windows network environment across multiple sites.
• Provide deskside support for computers and applications.
• Diagnose computer problems, install software, and perform tests on equipment.
• Administer servers, desktops, printers, routers, switches, and security updates.
• Support LANs, WANs, and Internet systems; ensure network security and availability.
• Occasional travel for new implementations or special projects.
• Collaborate with Business Managers and Customer Service Teams to ensure data integrity and timely communication.
