Job summary

Indiana State University Federal Credit Union is seeking an IT Support Specialist to install and maintain corporate PC equipment and related software. The role collaborates with the IT Director to ensure smooth operation of systems and reliable support for employees.

On-site, 40 hours per week, you will manage IT assets, coordinate with vendors, and stay current with industry trends to identify opportunities for learning and growth.

Qualifications

• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Associates degree or related experience in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and network concepts.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain corporate workstations, hardware, and software.
• Install, upgrading and configuration of corporate operating systems and application programs.
• Manage IT assets, inventory, documentation and related supplies.
• Coordinate with technology vendors and service providers. Assist with IT projects and general technology operations.
• Provide friendly, professional and accurate service, training, and support to all employees.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Completes all training as assigned and monitors industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for learning and growth.
