Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of relevant IT technical support experience.
• Proficiency in computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Performs overall information systems planning, implementation, and administration in IT functional areas.
• Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware, software, and network devices.
• Collaborates with end users to diagnose and resolve technical issues across different systems and technologies, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Manage and maintain technology inventory.
• Analyzes business needs and contributes to the selection of IT hardware and software to support internal business processes.
• Implement and monitor security measures.
• Set up, manage, and audit user accounts and permissions.
• Perform regular system updates and maintenance.
• Assist in technology disposal and data security.
• Collaborate with the IT team on projects and improvements.
