The role combines consulting, system analysis, and training to help international students and scholars access critical software tools.

You will advise on best practices, stay current with emerging technologies, and collaborate with staff to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical consulting, advising, and systems analysis for client-supported software.

• Advises on best practices for deploying collaboration solutions with specialized knowledge.
• Stays up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends; suggests process improvements.
• Communicates effectively with clients to resolve escalated issues.
• May provide informal and formal training to faculty, staff, and students on IT.
• Adheres to documentation standards for issues, resolutions, and changes.
