Job summary

Innovaccer Inc. is seeking a contractor to join the IT team as a Systems Engineer II. The role focuses on managing Citrix, Windows, and VMware environments with L2/L3 support in a 24x7 operation and ownership of end-user lifecycle management via Jira.

Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, AD/Azure AD/Google Workspace lifecycle, IT service tracking in Jira, and AD/DFS/SCOM/Hyper-V administration. Strong networking and Citrix XenDesktop 7 skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Citrix, Windows, and VMware environments.
• Proven L2/L3 support in 24x7 operations.
• Experience with Jira for IT service tracking.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and offboard users including provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Manage user lifecycle across AD, Azure AD, Google Workspace.
• Track IT service requests in Jira and ensure SLA adherence.
• Administer AD, Windows servers, DFS, DNS, DHCP; GPOs and cross-domain care.
• Configure and troubleshoot Citrix XenDesktop 7.
