One of Boston's leading investment firms is currently seeking a talented systems engineer to join our IT team at the epicenter of a digital transformation. The role involves designing, automating, and supporting mission critical hardware, network, cloud, and virtual systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of state‑of‑the‑art modern solutions across hardware, network, cloud, and virtual systems.
• Automate server deployments and recommend solutions for continued network performance.
• Drive transformation with modern storage and virtualization upgrades.

Qualifications

• 3‑8 plus years of Systems Engineering and/or Systems Administration experience.
• Experience with Windows (Active Directory, servers, Office 365, SCCM) and Linux servers.
• Virtualization skills with VMware, HyperV, or similar at the server level.
• Strong hardware and networking skills.
• Experience with on/off‑prem cloud technologies, ideally Azure.
• Experience in storage configuration and rollout with NetApp or Pure Storage.
