Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Computer Systems Analyst II to provide IT subject matter expertise for Army-related information systems. The role involves coordinating between program elements, resolving enterprise hardware and software issues, and supporting IT planning and information assurance within the Aberdeen Proving Ground environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or eight years of relevant technical experience in IT or information management.
• Minimum five years of relevant IT/IM experience; education substitution allowed.
• Experience coordinating between different groups and managing end-user accounts and tickets.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point of contact between CPE and NEC for coordination and planning.
• Resolve NIPR and SIPR enterprise hardware and software issues, including user account maintenance.
• Assist in Information Management/IT process management to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Operate and configure Army Enterprise Level IT tools and applications such as MS Office 2013 Suite and related security software.
• Support enterprise printers, docking stations, monitors, routers, switches, and other connected devices at Aberdeen Proving Ground.
• Assist in telecommunications support, including multi-line telephones and CISCO virtual equipment.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years relevant experience
