Job summary

People Technology And Processes at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, is seeking a Program Analyst II (Operations) to provide acquisition program management and analytical support across a DoD lifecycle. The role emphasizes DoD policy familiarity, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with the CPE level.

You will develop and review acquisition documents, support program baselines, and perform data analysis to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Math, Engineering, Business, or other Sciences.
• At least five years in acquisition/program management.
• DAWIA Level I Certification in Program Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Know DoD acquisition policies (e.g., DoD 5000.02, AR 70-1).
• Develop/Review Acquisition & Procurement Requirement Documents (e.g., APs, Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Management Plans).
• Support program reporting via Acquisition Program Baseline, using the DAMIR system.
• Plan/assist with major system life cycle tasks and functions.
• Provide data management and analysis for studies and maintain projects.
• Use data sources to identify programmatic needs and risks.
• Coordinate and organize staff materials for briefings at the CPE level.
• Create, revise, and route programmatic documents with acquisition knowledge.
